We want you to love your QELVIO glassware — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
🕊️ Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order number)
To initiate a return, please use the contact form on our website. Our team will get back to you with return instructions and a shipping label (if the return is approved).
Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation — they will not be accepted.
🛠️ Damaged or incorrect items
We carefully inspect each order before shipping, but if something arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, please reach out through the contact form as soon as possible. We’ll make it right.
🚫 Items that cannot be returned
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods, beauty/personal care products, or hazardous materials

🔁 Exchanges
Need a different product? The best way is to request a return via the contact form, and once it's accepted, place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days — no questions asked. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please reach out via our contact form.
